gsc e-ticketing problem

I had been having this problem since last month.When i tried to purchase a ticket online from the gsc website, during the transaction it will always prompt out this error 201 and ask me to try again.Had been trying this for so many times but im still facing the same problem. Any 1 of u guys here experience this b4?R there any solution for this?
