Hi all, i just wanna share with u guys this new CIMB product. It's called Fixed Return Investment Account (FRIA). It's an islamic FD. Quite interesting tho, coz u get the profit paid upfront. Some informations i put in points:

Fixed Return Investment Account:

Minimum placement: RM 10,000 and it must be round figure. what i mean RM10,000 RM 11,000 something like that
-Tenor :3 month (only this tenor applied atm)
-profit : for cash - paid upon payment
cheque - profit paid after cheque clearance
rate : 3.35%
- but no add on.. profit must be taken

- let say uplift the FRIA b4 maturity date, they will return u back the (Principal - the profit paid). so u get the same amount. Nothing to lose

- CNY new is around the corner.. spend ur money w/o spending it hehehe
