SPA Renovation

Just want to find out about the average renovation costs of a SPA.

Space: About 1,700 sq. ft.
Details: At the moment there is no partition. Wiring done. There's 1 washroom.

Small scale spa. Ideally 4 medium-sized treatment rooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 jacuzzi room or it can be in each of the treatment room, 2 small steam/ sauna rooms, 1 small kitchen, store room, pantry, waiting area, manicure & pedicure area. Basic idea is as attached [Please don't laugh!]. Laminated flooring.

I have zero knowledge and experience in this field. Contractors and non-contractors are welcomed to contribute.

[Camp A] Pros - Tend to respect women and a loving family man. Most importantly, a great cook and do house chores without asking. Will not leave the toilet seat up. Will not raise his voice at women.

[Camp Cons - Level of dependency is high. Being a momma's boy is probably the #1 thing that can ruin a man's relationship with the woman in his life. Secretly wish that his wife or gf resembles his mother. Having a joint bank account with his mother.
