Landed property with good Chinese school nearby?

Hi,

Would like to know if there is a good landed property (preferred g&g, corner or semi d) with good Chinese school nearby in klang Valley? FBoth me and my wife are working in kl area...was thinking to upgrade my current house to one which is convenient for my kids schooling and with a better environment...budget around 1.5mil..

Any recommendations? Thanks..

Land Clearing Beside Phoenix Plaza

I plight the jalan cheras kajang everyday and notice that there is a huge land beside phoenix plaza being cleared and they are putting the hoarding up.

Anyone know what are they are planning to do?

PJDevelopment already start to fence up the area in cheras 9th mile. What do you guys think of this development? Doable?

There is also a future MRT nearby. This development is consists of commercial units, high-rise service apartments as well as a retail shopping mall. Nearby already a shopping mall (i.e. phoenix plaza) under refurbishment by Mayland. Another Giant hypermarket in the vicinity is also under construction.

Seems like there is a lot of development going on around this cheras 9th mile area.
