i signed S&P late nov 2011

was informed by the agent that it took 3month to name transfer

then my lawyer informed that vendor's lawyer just submit application to land office for consent in late march 2012...does it normal to take 5 months (nov 2011 to march 2012) ?

then this week (end of may) the vendor's lawyer informed that they got consent from land office and can proceed to name transfer

then was inform that it will take another 3 months to complete the name transfer...so estimate august 2012

is this normal to take 1 year to complete all the procedures?

an agent approached and told about xxx saving plan. forgot the saving plane name

like this,

pay RM 8150/year for 10years

form 5th year get rm2000/year

then on the 10th year will get rm150k (if not mistaken) then after 20years ING will pay 300k....after 10th year will get money monthly

anyone has invest in this plan? ok or not
