Interview Answer for leaving a job without a offer

Hi. Due badly needing a break, I quit my job months ago. Now I have recovered fully and started to apply for jobs. I have been shortlisted for interview.

Should the interviewer ask me the reason of me leaving my job without a job offer, any idea how should i answer this?

I feel that it is not wise to tell the interviewer that I left because I needed a break.
