Weird windows firewall exceptions

Found this two:iexplore.exe and explorer.exe in my windows firewall exceptions,are they virus?I dont see this in other people's computer .Even i deleted them,it still come back after a while or if i open IE.
Also spybot had detected this virus :Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.FirewallBypass.I suppose it was cleaned but it also keep coming back after that.
note:my com is using AVG antivirus(full)/antispyware(trial),adaware SE and spybot.

i want to back up my 250gb hdd completely(with 3 paritions and total of .>200gb data,mostly videos)to a image file using Acronis True Image 9 , how much space do i need and how long the process will take?
is a cd-r or dvd-r enough for that?

woke up this morning and discover my utorrent giving me this problem.

i can only connect to a couple of peers even though there are over 200 peers available!why is that??last night i was able to connect to dozens of peers!

this is my current LAN settings which i think is messed up as my com frequently get disconnected.
ip address:192.168.1.2
subnet mask:255.255.255.0
default gateway:192.168.1.1
dhcp server:192.168.1.1
dns:192.168.1.1
can anyone help me to change it to the right settings?

hii guys please help me!
my computer suddently shut down and restart when i was using it last night,after restart it told me to install the vga driver.i noticed my disk space have go bigger and other hardware drivers like cd-rom's driver missing too.
why is that?i havent install any hardware nor software last few days apart from swapping the hard disks and infected by virus(downloader trojan,i think it is cleaned).

help needed for internet connection
