Abandoned stray kittens

Hello everyone,

today my bf and his siblings brought in 4 little kittens that was abandoned outside the guard house, under the sun.

We searched for their mother around our area, but we can't find her. In the end we bought her to a vet.

The vet said they should be around 4 weeks old. And that they might not make it . Though he did give them Troy's Kitten Worm Syrup.

We are planning to buy some goat milk for them and bring them to PAWS tomorrow (because it's closed now).

In the meantime, please advise us what to do or not to do
