            <title>humbly seeking advice on my workout</title>

            <description>186cm&lt;br /&gt;82.8kg&lt;br /&gt;20% body fat&lt;br /&gt;bmi 23.9&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;reduced 11kg in 4months,&lt;br /&gt;only by running on treat mail and clean diet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i started lost belly fat workout learned from youtube,&lt;br /&gt;and just started taking whey protein and BCAA as supplements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;still jogging on treat mail 45min daily and belly fat lost workout every night,&lt;br /&gt;only whey protein, nothing more consumed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i wish to have a lean muscular body, am i doing it right?</description>
