problem with formatting using external dvd

im having problem with formatting my new pc

my spec
Intel i5 2500k 3.3ghz
ASUS P8Z77-V LK
Kingston 1600mhz 8GB DDR3
ASUS GT430 DDR3 1GB
WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Buffalo Portable DVD DVSM-PC58U2VW

problem occur when i try to format it with win 7 32bit dvd using my portable/external dvd. it boot well before. but when click the "install now", my portable player for some reason like like turn off itself. no blue led (sign of plugged/enough power. will turn red if not enough power). try to replug it. no effect. i wonder if this happen because of CSM (UEFI and Legacy OP Rom) which i have zero knowledge bout this.

did try select priority on both UEFI and Legacy OP Rom. but no effect. still after the blank screen asking for any type key, window install now interface, and after that, similar things happen. error " a required cd/dvd drive is missing". and the installation failed

hi. curently use Edifier M3400 for my pc.

no place to put. so decide to put this woofer on my desk

the problem is. my pc case also on desk too

got read somewhere that HDD might died if theres big shake of it while its still running

so asking u guys. the shake of desk caused by woofer , can also kill HDD ar ?

im curently using my Edifier M3400 for my pc. and there's no space left for modem, so i decide to put it on the woofer. is it safe ? scare rosak aje . considering the shake that woofer might do to modem.. hope somebody can help me.

CPU Usage is too high

yesterday, i realize that svchost.exe is using around 90-100% cpu usage. then i try to restart. and same thing happen, the svchost using most of cpu usage

then today. i try to start up my pc. then got some kind of error (i forgot what it is, with blue screen of course) then i try to use startup recover. manage to open my pc once again. the usage is unstable. even when idle, it show around 70-90% of cpu usage

then advise from my friend, i try to run os as safe mode. and here the screenshot

can anyone tell me whats going on here ? or someone got this problem ady before and manage to solve it ?
