wrongly send item to customer

as per title, customer order a 3k worth of TV, and i wrongly send a 4k TV to customer.
after i find out about it i tried calling customer but they ignore my phone call and text.
is there anything i can do to get back the 1k or at least some amount from customer or exchange the correct item to customer?
i got customer address but i think if i pay his house a visit will be illegal?
