Win 7 rated whole rig as 7.8... dafux?

I tot i7 4970k most powderful Haswell proc

Apart from upgrade, what to do to get that xtra 0.01 point??

& would welcome suggestion on itemd in blank... (item budget in bracket)

Long story, short... I need to set up a new gfx workstation today.

I narrow down to;
>i7
>gtx 970
>16 ram
>120 ssd x 2
>500watt psu

Aand the rest within rm5k budget.

Q1... is the specs above over spec for 3d/gfx usages... [i do not game]

Q2... what is recommended motherbod less than rm500?

Tq in adv for master racers inputs...

Reason i'm asking because there's a video in youtube mentioned something
about two parts in our brain that constantly contradicting with each other, thus
making us procrastinate.

I have search around (even in this forum) apparently the Asus Eee Slate EP121
won't be coming in Malaysia.

So would tablet sifus in here can suggest me an alternative? I do a lot of sketching and using
Wacom Cintiq 12" but it's not mobile. Primarily i will be using Autodesk Sketchbook Pro as per video below

I know there's an ipad app for Sketchbook Pro... but it's hard to do sketching without proper stylus that
support pressure sensitivity. TQvm

I'm kinda bored & just browsed ALL my tv shows archive.. and I end up
watching Friends all over again.

I think by now I can remember most of the ~~lyrics~~ lines from the show.

So I'm wondering, is there any new tv show out there comparable to Friends and as enjoyable?
