Seeking advise here

I'm interested in a very old, freehold, two-story property in Taman Desa. Given its age, I anticipate a significant renovation will be necessary.

The property is asking at t 1.15 million. My intention for this property is a combination of personal use and rental, mainly because of its location.

I have a budget of around 1.5 million. I'm wondering if it's worth considering other areas like Desa Park City, Kinrara, or PJ. Accessibility is crucial for me, and I am done with condominiums.

Property for retirement, what's your view?

Thinking to get the unit from the 1st phase of Lake fields, aiming for retirement , however not sure if it is a good buy as the price is high ( 830k ++ ) plus low rental income ( ard 2k only) . Other unit that i am currently viewing is Paragon heights, bigger build up but poor road access with no LRT in walking distance.

What would you do if you were me, to purchase a condo unit that give me good ROI, or landed with moderate build up but good access and walking distance to lrt, or bigger build up landed but poor road access? By the way, currently I am not working in Kuala lumpur but hope to retire in KL

Guys, i need advice as i am looking at a small semi detached house in hussein, its 70x35, build up is super small due to huge carporch n odd house design. Thinking to extend to the max but dunno how muvh itll cost. Do you guys recommend me to get one at ard 700k ?
