11 Tips for Pregnant Fast

1. Understand How Pregnancy occurred

Hi all,

I just want to share our currently 8 weeks experience of being a parent especially my wife who chose to be a Fully Breast Feeding Mom. I am very happy with her decision and believe she is too because we know that we provide the best nutrition diet to our baby.

Now, after 8 weeks, we have kept a total number of 45 Expressed Breast Milk (EBM) in storage bottle and 20 in storage bags which total up the EBM volume of roughly 250 oz just in space of 7 weeks. She starts expressing her breast in the 2nd week. And that does not count the amount of BM that she manage to feed the my daughter directly and also several other EBM that we have used on several occasions.

What is surprising, even during this fasting month, she still manages to maintain her production and she has not left her fasting day for once since day one. And she looks just as fit as other normal fasting person.

The, reason behind this is because, she have been consistently taking supplements and energy drink to keep her body fit and fresh throughout the day and also boosting her breastmilk production.
