(help) looking for window8 mac mini-like desktop

I would like tosfind a desktop for my living room which is as small as mac mini which perform as better as it. price range, dimension and weight should be similar or lesser is preferable

The main reasons I look for this is because I dont wan a mac os. this cpu would be connect toy hdtv for media purpose and normal web surfing. Hence, mac mini would be my baseline.
