Google Play cannot use Play Balance

Hi, I encountered this error when I try to use Google Play to purchase item:

"Couldn't complete transaction. Your Play balance can only be used in Malaysia"

I have used Play Balance before to purchase, now only getting this issue.

I have tried the following:

1. Double check my Google Account region setting, confirmed set to Malaysia
2. Used mobile data
3. Reset my internet
4. Clear cache for Google Play

I have already sent email out to Google Support, so far no reply yet.
Any other suggestions or advice is appreciated, thanks.

I am think of buying it. Main purpose is to use for gaming/browsing so that I don't waste battery on my main phone.

I see that people who buy from Shopee/Lazada give 5 star, but no actual comment on the performance.
Would appreciate if anyone can help to give further comment, thanks.

[WTA] Recevied Letter from PDRM

Hi, need your help on below:

My parents received a letter from PRDM.
Point is, my parents are required to attend a police investigation for an "accident".

Both my parents are certain that they were not driving during that time stated on the letter.

Vehicle is registered under my mom's name, but my dad uses it to drive to work.

My mom was at home during that time, and the car was at my dad's workplace parking lot (he works near Times Square). He was still in his office during the time of the so called "accident".

I also noted that the "D." part in the "Sila bawa perkara berikut" just shows the car license number (but no make or model).

Any advise for this? Do they need to seek legal counsel?
