A restaurant in Sunway Pyramid (experienced few day ago)

Sit for almost 15 minutes without being entertained although barely 30% occupied, waiters and waitresses chatting among each other. Manager seems to be in his own world. Left the restaurant with frustration, although being attended upon leaving.

I had a thought (I acquire something)(I done my calculation). I am looking forward to start a string of shops / kiosks around Klang Valley that provide business supports to business organisations around. Well, it's what you normally found around you; business printing (business card, brochure, etc), photocopy, stationary, logistic, up to import / export support. I know it's a lot, but what I am going to do is bringing the price down by more than 50% from the cheapest that you can get. I give an example of what businesses normally engage with these businesses,

Business card (RM6 or probably lower/ box with no minimum quantity and with free design)
Brochure (RM250 A4 5000pieces)
Stamp (RM6 for instant, RM4 for 1 day collection)
Photocopy (RM0.05 with no minimum quantity)
Facsimile (RM0.50)
Lorry transport (50% from what you can find out there; e.g RM50 for a trip around Klang Valley)
Discounts for utility bill paid

The above are what normally businesses go to, and what's in my thought are not limited to these.

I need advice from general, will what I am doing effect certain industry or can I do it?

I feel no love

Just to share what is deep in me, I read quite a no. of topics / posts in Cupid's Corner and I can't help to post a problem of mine here. I don't think I ever felt love before. Do I need to see any expert / professional?

I have my fair share of companion, but I never felt any love (as if you can't see her, you will miss her / etc) towards them. Am I too career focused? I always work myself out, and even on public holidays / new years, I am still bothered with work, will have my workstation ON and a klik here and there.

I tried to slow down in these 2-3 years, probably after a friend of mine who passed away on his work desk.

Back to my original question, I really never felt any love, what can I do?

My company is going to publish two publications, a 320 pages publication and a 520 pages publication by end-March 2012 and end-May 2012 respectively. The publication layouts are being determined at this moment; contents and pictures are being sorted at this moment, and discussion are ongoing with sponsors, so it is a matter of time before we need to engage additional brains to complete the whole project.

I am not sure if I am in the appropriate channel, but I request people who are interested for paid-freelancing graphic designing work to list with me by my email, shock@singapore.com and if possible, your sample of work(s) and qualification(s).

I am looking for a supplier of Website-in-a-Box and I can't find one. I used to remember there's a company who sell such a thing, and they even get Canon to give as purchase bundling.

Anyone can recommend or any other solution? I need easy configuration that non-computer guy may set it up.

I stay at somewhere on the south part of Kuala Lumpur, a famous residential area. I can't stand people that stay around me, they are what you call 'Gossip Girl' (Probably 'Gossip Aunty, Gossip Uncle') They will just check on you and tell other people, they will also tell you what they know about others. I can stand by my words that at least 50% of people in 100m radius of my house are of such people. Do you experience the same?

I give few example, I drove few cars, not long ago, I bought a condominium, nothing near the said house. So, I parked my favourite car at my new house, as I intended to make the new house, a retreat from normal life (fyi, my car is an easy attention grabbing car). Then, one day, as I had a walk around the neighbourhood, I was stopped and asked, where is the car, I reply that I parked at my other house, then, he reply, 'Oh, I thought it had been taken by the bank'. I am speechless, I just told him, I never took a loan.

The other unbelievable + lame gossip surrounding are that my house is the place of dark practices, 'a neighbour send some food for me for few times, only to tell people that I didn't appreciate her cooking because I didn't give her anything in return' and all the OMG gossips. A childhood friend of mine told me all these gossips that he heard, he doesn't stay at the same neighbourhood now.

Do you experience the same? Do you just ignore?

Who started this and how is it being charged? New tax burdening people?
