However, there is a small section on the screen (1 inch height, along the entire width of the phone, roughly 1 inch from the top) which is completely unresponsive to touch. Other areas of phone works perfectly and is responsive. Most likely manufacturer's defect as it occurred by itself without reason.

High Floor (Great View) or Low Floor (Good Price)?

So I am planning to buy a unit in a condo and there are two options available to me. One would be a nice second to top floor unit which has a great great view of the township, but at a premium price (RM1,450,000) or a 4th floor (unlucky number some would say) unit with a lousy view (houses in front and can only see outline of horizon) but at a good price (RM1,370,000). Both units are renovated but the second unit (4th floor one) is much more better renovated. Would RM80,000 justify the view and floor level number?

What would you guys go for, considering the predicted upcoming property bubble burst as well in this year. Also considering I am planning to stay here for the long term, which is minimum 5-8 years. Which would be a better investment?

I can afford both, but it's just that I want to maximize my returns. I guess my question is, do higher floor units cost more than lower floor units after 8 years if I plan to sell it?

Hi guys, problem is like this....

There is an app from my bank to help us do our banking on our phone. The app is called Hong Leong Connect and can be downloaded from the Android Market.
Problem is that the stupid app doesn't recognize my phone or that my phone is not compatible (it is a Dell Streak). Thing is, I'm pretty sure my phone can run the app so I would like some help here.

Is anyone able to help me download the apk of the Hong Leong Connect app and send it to me?

Who is expert to repair speakers?

I want to send my speakers to fix because the membrane around the speaker which is paper-like has rotted and is all gone now. I think the process is called reconing or refoaming the speakers...can anyone give me a good suggestion where I can get this repaired professionally and how much it would cost?

I have an Infinity Video 1 center speaker and 2 Axis loudspeakers that needs this service.

I hope someone can suggest and help here...thanks!
