Are you tired of listening to Lamb Of God alone with a few friends in the confines of your room, 'cause all bars ever spin is the same redundant electronic renditions of top 40‘s numbers?. Well so are we .The Axis Movement , a covenant of metal heads and underground musicians, have decided to take matters into our own hands. Every Thursday night, we have decided to call Paradiso Lounge in Publika our home from 9pm onwards, for our weekly “Metal Nights”! Whether you are a local act trying to get your music played for a wider audience or simply a metalhead seeking a home, we welcome you with open arms and horns raised as we pay tribute to the genre we love but is often misunderstood. So come on down, buy yourselves a drink and brace yourself for a veritable feast of all things metal from EPs of local bands to unique band t-shirts; both local and international. A special shout to local bands as well, we want to promote you. Do send us your tracks (theaxismovement@gmail.com) and we will spin your handwork at the bar, for all to savor. After all, it’s about high-time we all endorsed pure Malaysian metal the same way we would our foreign counterparts.

Were a band looking for vocalist and guitarist, who plays and enjoys listening to metal.
we have a drummer,a guitarist and a bassist.

completely understanding how generic term "metal" goes for nowadays. i will go into specifics.
bands that influence us[note this list doesnt mean we dont listen to other stuff] : Soulfly,Children Of Bodom,Rammstein,Rage Against the Machine,Carnifex,Thrash metal (dont think i need to expand that), In Flames,Arch Enemy,Rotting Christ, Septic Flesh, Sepultura,Machine Head, Alice in Chains,Type o Negative,Electric Wizard,Morbid Angel, Lamb of God (obviously), Cradle of Filth,Deftones,KoRn,Marilyn Manson,Slipknot,Motorhead, DevilDriver!, Chimaira, Nine Inch Nails

we jam around Sri Hartamas and Damansara and..er..all that area around there
