Is it popular in Malaysia?<br /><br />I just came across the following article and thinking of having one for my new born baby. If I contribute RM100 each month from now on, 20 years later she will have RM24,000 for her to continue her high eduction fees. At least she doesn&#39;t have to borrow the PTPTN.<br /><br />What do you all think about this?
