Car sounds when start

First of all I don't know if I'm posting at the right forum category and I am sorry for that.

I need some help from the car's gurus.

For quite some time, recently but not frequently, my uncle's car make a sound when I start it. Its like an explosion (1 time) with a group of white smokes come out from exhaust.

I am quite shocked when the first time it occurred. I thought the car was blown up but all I can see is a group of white smoke comes out from exhaust.

After that happen, everything on the car seems normal. Engine's sound is okay, air-cond okay, temperature... all is okay.

Did anyone experience this? Is this a sign of something has broken?

I have Pinguecula on my right eyes. Is it can cause harm for a long term to me?

I am experiencing floating on my sight too. Something like transparent jelly moving around as my eyes move.

Sometimes my sight experiencing flashing rain for a short time. Is it serious symptom?

Thanks for any advice or recommendation.

Knee Bruise

I got knee bruises. It is kind of blue before I put minyak urut last night. Now it seems a little black/brown. I jog at Tuesday and Thursday. Play badminton at Monday and Wednesday. If my mood and the weather is okay, I will jogging at Friday, Saturday, or Sunday too.

I never got this bruise before. Just a pain feeling on my knee especially on the right one. Should I stop my activity for a while? Is it worth it to take supplement such as Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM ?

I'm still young. 25 years old male. Not overweight or obese. I have the pain a little while ago but its not too strong. I jog around 3-5 KM. Any suggestion to keep my knee stay healthy?
