why do people pee in toilet bowl

why do people pee in toilet bowl in shopping malls when there is a urinal. dont you agree the toilet bowl should be use for pooing only. when you need to poo in a shopping mall, you go in the cubicle and the first thing you notice is urine stains on the seat. i dont understand why people pee there and dont even lift the seat cover. to those who pee there how do u feel when you need to poo and you find urine stains on the toilet seat. and the worse part is why do people squat on toilet seat. dont they know there is squatting toilet bowls for people who wants to squat and not the the seat.
