How is the pediatrician queue like in Sunway medi

Hi, I'm switching my son's doctor from SJMC to SMC for various reasons.

Can I know if Sunway Medical Center shares the same infamous long queue as SJMC? Do I need to be at the hospital as early as 7.30AM for registration?

Appreciate if someone can provide some input.

VIP5 Keeps Disconnecting

Modem: Default Unifi Modem
Router: Default Unifi Router

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Saturday (16.05.15)
Problem frequency: Every day possibly every hour

Short description:
Unable to connect to the Internet, both Internet and DSL light is not lit up. Even if it does get connected it will only lasts about an hour or two (if i'm lucky).

Problem description:

Hi guys, I've just installed vip5 unifi last saturday. All was working perfectly fine in the morning when they installed the connection, then I went out in the afternoon and came back at night. When I was home, I noticed that the Internet and DSL lights on the modem are no longer lit up. So I went ahead and restarted the modem. Tried a couple of times, didn't work so I rang up unifi support. They helped me to reset the port, restarted modem and it worked for an hour then I was disconnected again. It happened around 8-9pm

On the second day (until today), the same problem keeps repeating itself the same time and possibly other times too. I followed the exact routine to restart the modem many times but the problem persists. Called unifi support and reset the port but the problem could not be resolved. This time they said they will send a technician up but until today no one has contacted me and I've been calling them every night to report the same problem.

It's really frustrating as I need to work at night and TM is not being helpful at all.

Some questions:
1. Has anyone experienced this before?
2. Would getting a different modem help?
3. I've checked the settings on the modem to ensure my username ends with @unify.my
4. Any solutions?

Hi there, just out of curiosity, if I paid the deposit but has yet to sign the S&P or apply for loan. Do you think it is still possible to get back the deposit or it'll most probably be burnt? Thanks.

I started an e-commerce company a while back (1+ years) operating under a sole prop registration but i'm hoping to upgrade it to sdn. bhd for various reasons.

As I'm still very new in the business scene, I realized that I have a lot more to learn than just marketing and generating sales. Having said so, does anyone know of any channels or companies who could guide me on the proper ways to manage my business especially in areas of taxation, accounts and legal?

Also, would it be a wise choice to hire an accountant to manage my accounts even in sole prop?

Form B by SSM?

Hi, I've just recently registered a sole proprietor company and was only given a Form D. I tried registering for an online service and they are asking me for a FORM B? Does anyone know what a FORM B is?

I've called up SSM and was told i would only get a FORM B if I change address, nature of business, partners and branch - which is irrelevant in case.

Can anyone give me some ideas what is FORM B and the use of it?

Hi all, does anyone know where and how I can file a complaint against a web hosting provider?
I spoke to a few government departments and was given the run around. (SKMM and Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and consumerism) and it is leading to nowhere.

Any help will be appreciated.
