How to deal with company politics, whereby you have one colleague always used other staffs name to get something for his/her own benefits?
All the top management know about the issue related to this colleague, like wanna kick his/her superior out of the position (rampas kuasa) and bypassing the approval from his/her superior but he/she acts like nothing happen to her even though everyone in the company know about his/her attitude.
Although top management has disapproved his/her request to attend some meeting, he/she will proceed without any approval like his/her father own the company.
Is it very difficult for top management to take action towards this staff? The existence of this staff has caused a havoc in the whole company and everyone is busy discussing about her attitude. I guess a lot of time was wasted because of this staff.
If you were the boss, what will you do?

3 years contract job with 3 years bonding

Worth to accept this job if the offer is 1 month training at oversea but 3 years bonding with no chance of converting from contract to permanent job?

Company asking you to go training for 1 month?

if company is planning to send you for training at oversea for 1 month and they plan to bond you for 2 to 3 years. In my opinion, it is not worth it and what is your opinion?
