hey everyone....i am a graduate searching for job......i have BIG problem during interviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
before to interview,always prepare ourselves wit necessary in4mation....
find some ways to answer question in better way..bla bla bla......
but my biggest problem is, i cant even answer a damn simple question like "why shud v hire u" when infront of the
interviewer......i go blank.....watever answers that i store and prepare the day b4,all gone....
please give me sugestion,how to reduce nervousness during interview.....
i would like to hear sum experiences n if cn get xperts like those in hr gve some advice.....
will realy appreciate it......

why is it very difficult to get job for graduates???????????
i am searching for job since last year.....til nw had change lots of part time jobs.......
now itself almost end of d year.........tooo tense.....any1 have any solution......???
