Oh well, it works most of the time but once a while when it is in bad mood (maybe once a month), it will hangs.
When it powered down and then powered up again, it might hangs on the Dell BIOS if you're very unlucky. If that's the case, you leave it powered off for sometime, it works.
I am too lazy to figure out the issue. I suspect the mainboard is the cause but I don't have another socket 775 mainboard to test.
Updated: I think the issue is the NIC whereby when I adjust the NIC is shown blue screen.
You might want to get the wireless based network as a replacement.
Updated 2: I changed the cable to a higher quality cable and it works. I believe the NIC contact is not so good. Maybe need to brush a bit.

The Samsung monitor once a while it will shows distorted when it powered up but if you you recycle the power, it will be normal.
Due to wear and tear issue, the DVD-RW drive is sensitive towards DVD with poor condition.
I am still keeping the Vantec 600W PSU box with all the additional cables (it is a modular PSU) as well as Sapphire Radeon 6850.
Both DVI and VGA cables will be provided.

ATI Radeon 2600XT has been removed and therefore, price has revised.

Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 based Hyper-V requires Extended Page Tables which appears only on Nehalem-based CPU or later and hence Intel Q6600 is definitely not applicable.
I have brought myself a new laptop.
