presently laptops of 15 inch weigh about 2.5kg to 3kg they feel like heavy rocks in bagpacks or back crusher...we have all gone through this pain of having to carry there heavy beasts.. how can we make them lighter so we can go to college in a 15 inches which will not break our spinal cord..

these days we can get i7 laptops for really cheaply less than 2.5k in some cases but the graphics card is midrange like gt540...if game companies can design games which will use processor power than it will become really good deal..just think of it like remove graphics means remove heat increased battery life..even processors like i5 2430m are quite fast and use turbo boost...so if games like crysis can use only cpu power to deliver high frame rates.. Whats your opinion ??

laptop mag has recently reviewed a gateway laptop which has extremely small chassis means a 14 inch display in a 13 inch chassis..it really makes laptop small and light weight...i think this is gonna be a trend in future as well...but where are the big players like dell lenovo acer asus with the innovative designs..

i just saw that lenovo y570 in 3699 gives us i7 gt 555 and blu ray...now in same price or for a bit more we can buy two ipad 2 and in 5 months we can buy 2 quad core i pads 3 for same price ..a company predicted that at this rate laptops will become extinct in 10 years.. But i say that if this idiotic pricing of laptops continues they will become extinct in 5 years and every one will buy ipad 8 or whatever it is called hence there companies totally need to reform pricing or they will be out of jobs and business...
