Both S&amp;P and loan agreement are using same lawyer.<br /><br />I receive 2 billing already, total billing amount is 25% of the property amount.. &gt;100 k ler.. sigh... Due date is 29/9 and 7/10.<br /><br /><u>Process flow like this:</u><br />15 Aug - Receive S&amp;P from lawyer<br />19 Aug - Bank receive S&amp;P from lawyer<br />end of Aug - My banker told me that bank hasn&#39;t receive S&amp;P. After clarification, he only realise that bank has received it.<br /> I called lawyer, they told me that they are waiting for Letter of Instruction from bank.<br />early of Sept - My banker told me that the amount in loan offer letter is different from the S&amp;P one. He told me that he will discuss with the process dept what need to do<br />13 Sept - I went to the bank, found that Supplement Letter of Offer is prepared but the manager and person in charge is not sign yet. <br /> I call lawyer to get consultant, but the staff comfort me stating that Developer is not going to charge any penalty on this billing. &quot;Talk&quot; only..<br /> when I request black and white, there is no response from that staff.<br />21 Sept - I need to sign the Supplement Letter of Offer that dated on 9 Sept<br />28 Sept - Letter of Instruction has been issued by bank. On and off, I need to call the lawyer to advise from them, but they just comfort me stating that Developer is not going to charge any penalty on this billing. <b><span style='color:red'>They claims that need at least 1.5 months to complete the whole process after they receive Letter of Instruction from bank.</span> </b><br /><br />Therefore, bank is not going to release the &#036;&#036; before due date. Not my fault, why I should pay the interest =(<br /><br />Help, anyway I can request to waive the interest.
