I recently went to withdraw money from an ATM machine and then the machine telan my card. the ATM machine's screen freeze and "hang". so i called the customer service. the CS cancel my card and told me to get a new one in any branch. so the next day i went to the branch and get a new card. they deduct rm8 + 0.48 GST from my account. so i ask la, how come deduct my money where it is not even my fault? it's ur faulty ATM machine that cause this and u deduct my money for the faulty machine that u provide? mana ada fair ini macheim? inb4 this is RHB bank. my friend same thing happen for may bank terus ganti atm card for free without question...

u guys encounter this b4?

I live in an apartment and plan to do some renovation. I know that I can't simply demolish any of the wall as it might be the main structure of a building. But can I demolish my yard's wall? I'm planning to extend my kitchen. Does the yard 's wall to the kitchen supports the structure of a building like the other walls too? Thank you for ur advice.

loan rejection letter

hello forumers,

sorry for a noob question here. may i ask, will i be betting a loan rejection letter from banks after my loan got rejected? i did not receive any from banks that have rejected my application. the developer is asking for it in order to refund my booking fee. when i contact the banker, she says banks usually don't give the letter. she said banks will inform the developer regarding the rejection. what is the procedure in getting my booking refund? thanks for helping.

Hi, are there any freelancers out there who manage to get a home loan? How do u do that?

I got my salary from a few different companies and sources. Some with payment vouchers, some with cheques and some with cash. Some are home based where I receive payment by cash without payment voucher. I went to a property seminar recently and the speaker mention smth about freelancers should bank in all income into a company, pay yourself a monthly salary and contribute EPF. Will it help and how should I do it?

Set up a sole proprietor and current acc --> bank in All cheques and cash received --> pay self fixed income every month and contribute EPF --> use the EPF statement and payslip to apply loan as a staff under the company?

Can any freelancer share how you get your home loan with uncertain monthly income? Thanks a lot.
