guys,i want to buy a house at shah alam and wondering any guru can tell which one is better buy?
both I get offered about the same price.
I like damai indah more but they said the big land opposite the housing area will be a big warehouse in the future tat maybe will affect the housing area nearby .. my friend say seresta will be better buy becoz of location and better appreciation in the future. What do you think?what i know is many vacant units in damai indah 2 and the rental is very very low and that area will look more like medium to low end residential area in the future.. is that true?

but i like the design very much but no sure the security there becoz not most unit is vacant...opinion pleaseeee thankU

or any better buy if budget is around rm600k??only new property i wan.. hehehehe
