Entry Level Laptop Recommendations

I'm looking for an entry level gaming laptop, around 3k to 4k budget.
I mainly want to play single player RPGs like Witcher 3, Divinity Original Sin 2 etc.
I do not have wifi where I live as mobile data is sufficient for my daily needs, but I usually download stuff at my parents' place over the weekend.
I would get a gaming rig but the hassle of moving it every weekend is too tedious.

Based on all the options I've looked at so far, Level 51 Forge seems to be the most value for money.
Anyone has bought this before and would you recommend it?
Or what others would be my best options?
