Malaysian Drivers R Crazy

UpghostNpersonal — Wed, 24 Sep 2014 16:19:56 +0800

I was on the road today and almost 3 accidents with Malaysian drivers, one came from the back of my car like speeding train refusing to brake, immediately cut to my right then cut back to my lane even when the space between cars is so small..

Then another also from the back of my car, refusing to brake, cut into incoming lane when suddenly a car came out from the left side to turn corner with steady speed to the right, and both cars almost into each other between me probably crashed in between both cars if not brake fast, but thankfully that didn't happened..

With all these happening, all these stupid drivers who is clearly at wrong would dare to look at us, staring us in the eyes like it's our fault and not theirs

Sadly this isn't just going on on the road, its also happening inside the neighbourhood for example i still remembered one day when i was driving straight like a steady pace, and there was a car on the left waiting for my car to pass him before turning out but instead..ta da~ as my car approaches his closely, he suddenly just turn out from his corner without hesitation and warning, i had to stopped my car instead otherwise i would have crashed into him and not to my surprise, he stared at me like its my fault.

Why are Malaysian drivers so retarded these days, is as if with each generation drivers are getting more and more inconsiderate for their and other driver's life on the road, it feels like they don't care if they live or die when driving like that..totally unapologetic or considerate

Back in the days it used to be only motorcyclist and i remembered how people are always getting annoyed by how motorcyclist ride their bike, riding real fast without a bloody helmet on and switching lane without even bothering to look behind them, so now come cars turn? What's next? Lorry and Bus drivers too? Are pilot gonna start rolling their plane like they just don't care?

Often time i fantasized about smashing into their car on purposely or just beating the driver up when he/she comes out due to frustration

And they said women are bad drivers? I don't mean to put this off but more often or so most of the time when i look over, it's a male driver behind the wheel.. so what does that said about us?

Are we Malaysian driver that silly and stupid to follow and drive like what we see in the movie like Fast N Furious? We see something in the cinema and we come out pretending like we're those characters? Ask yourself this..how often nowadays do you see ambulance passing by? how often do you see bit and pieces of vehicles part shattering on the floor? How often do you see picture of car crashes that people took and upload it on FB?

Its feels like i cheated death 3 times today.. thank god i have a guardian watching over me.

Being a property agent?

UpghostNpersonal — Thu, 19 Dec 2013 19:38:32 +0800

i know a friend of mine who has been a property agent for 3 years now and counting, although he make 30 to 40k a year, he seems really frustrated and depressed about the job from time to time and he told me that he would always get back stabbed by customer or vendor, sometime going for month to month occassionally not making a cent and usually when this happens it drives him insane..

Though he never said whether he likes the job or hated the job but he does it because there's nothing else for him to do if not this. The money sounds nice from what i've heard but is it really this difficult to be a property agent? And i know this kinda job of not for everyone but do you think one should give up and find another job or stick to it and commit?

He did asked me once to join him but after hearing the stuff he said..i'm not sure either..

For those who had a long history n experience of being a property agent, what is your best advice to give and did u struggle this badly too?

what property is this?

UpghostNpersonal — Sun, 01 Dec 2013 18:32:28 +0800

i know first house in a row is called corner lot

i know last house in a row next to a lane (lorong) is called end lot

but if 2 intermediate house in a row both have about 5 feet land on the side (land are side by side to each other) with no lane in the middle is called what?

some said its end lot, other said its a corner lot..its definitely not an odd lot cause the land is not triangle shape..

so what do u call lot like this?

Assassin Creed Series

UpghostNpersonal — Thu, 07 Mar 2013 17:10:15 +0800

So another year and another Assassin Creed installment, i feel like the AC franchise is the only franchise that i don't mind it being released annually as each installment has maintain it's quality and introduce new exciting gameplay to the formula..compared to WWE and CoD which is the old game with new paint on it. No offends.

Since Assassin Creed 2 came out in 2009, Ubisoft has coughed out a new AC every year for us to play so in my opinion it still maintain quality throughout regardless although may argued that AC3 is the first game to show noticeable sloppiness with bugs, glitches and technical issues, it didn't stop me from enjoying the game massively which took me 50 hours plus to finish the game so truth be told i really don't mind a new game every year since it's fun with a massive open world to explore and brings us to locale that no other games could..

Assassin Creed was the game that started the franchise, exciting storyline and locale and the whole Animus twist in the beginning couldn't save the game due to repetitive gameplay that gets boring quickly

Assassin Creed 2 was the game that Assassin Creed 1 should have been but didn't and now it's given a second chance to shine and its hailed by many as the best in the series, fixing the repetitive gameplay from the first game.

Assassin Creed Brotherhood in my opinion is the best in the series because it's the installment that introduce alot of new element that would eventually appear in every game onward like Borgia Tower, Chain Attack, Assassin Recruits & Multiplayer. Not to mention it has the best Assassin Tomb missions, War Machine missions and the best ending in the series. Period.

Assassin Creed Revelation was a little disappointing for me mainly due to it's hum-drum campaign and stupidly designed Desmond mission. Too bad Ezio's last adventure didn't end with a bang.

Assassin Creed 3 was very close of being in my top 2 spot if it wasn't because of its glitches, bugs and technical hiccups but i enjoy the homestead missions, naval battle of course & the frontier. Connor's ending was kinda nice but Desmond ending was the second Mass Effect 3 ending stunt Ubisoft pulled in 2012..

so now we have Assassin Creed 4 Black Flag.. and again it shows new element of gameplay, new hero to play with, new world to explore and the first true open naval world game, I'M EXCITED AS HELL to be honest because it managed to fuse in interesting gameplay into the game and i can't wait for October 29 to come any sooner..but i've heard that some of my friends are growing tired of the franchise real quickly because AC4 came too soon and there's no space to breathe, not to mention the story is continuous so if you wanna know it's story you'll have to play them all..

So what do you guys think, are you pumped for AC4, should Ubisoft continue it's annual release or should the game take a break every now and then?
