why house kitchen water tap mostly using direct water supply instead of from water tank / tangki? When got water disruption, very troublesome. No waste to use in kitchen. Why not direct connect to water tank / tangki?

Recently always kena pressure by boss. Company sales drop teruk compare to last year. Since april until now, everyday think and plan promotion, but sales still scuba diving. I recently move to rawang. Digi these few nights no jalan at all. Here no unifi. Now digi cannot use at night. Knn. How to s3xchat with fubu?? Surf /k now also i need to use hotspot fr indon kakak punya umobile. Digi damn siahsui. Other digi user got face same problem ka?

Need help... buy new or used?

Im thinking whether should i buy a new car or used car. New is 83k; 2 years old unit is RM65k (21% depreciation); 10 years old is RM40k (51% depreciation). My mechanic advise to buy new unit since the 2nd hand value looks quite good for this model (I dunno how to judge/calculate this). But if possible, i dun wish to spend too much on vehicle.

Pls comment & give advice. Thank you.

Hi All,

Im looking for 2nd hand commercial vehicle, but undecided on which to get between:-
a) vanette panel (2006)
b) Hiace 2.5diesel panel (2002)
c) Daihatsu Delta v58 (2004)

Can any1 share some info & opinion on the FC, maintenance cost, problems, benefits etc for the 3 models above? Im currently more interested on Hiace, but worry the FC n maintenance cost since it is using old deisel engine.

Pls pls pls help...
