On 7 December 2019, myself and together with my parents, a cousin, brother and his fiance booked a grab car from Pavilion Mall heading towards Podium Penchala in Kuala Lumpur. We were on a vacation and our intention was to spend some time over good food. We got a malay driver who was driving a Perodua Alza (plate #:BNS4049).

As soon as we were out of the city centre, it started raining heavily that visibility from my seat was poor. As a driver myself I doubt visibility was any better for the driver himself. He was driving at high speed, without considering the safety of us all.

He took a wrong exit, and we ended up u-turning at the National Palace. Soon after, we were at a tunnel, which we believe is located along Penchala Link Highway. At this point of time he was still driving fast. The car came out of the tunnel and due to the heavy rain, he immediately lost control of the wheel. It hit the middle barrier head-on, then the left side of the car hit the lamppost, and continued to rollover until it came to a complete stop. I’m not sure what the right terms are but the car was tipped to the right.

By the time it stopped, I was underneath as I was seated behind the driver. I quickly stood up and tried opening the left door. At this point we heard some men from the outside shouting to help us get out. I managed to open the door and with one of their help in holding the door for me, we got everyone out safely.

We didn’t manage to take their names but I’ve written this post on behalf of my family to thank the men, who we believe were the motorbike riders shielding themselves at the nearby rain shelter, for three things - Thank you for helping my dad out from the front passenger seat, and thank you for receiving all of my other family members as I pushed them out of the car one by one. We are extremely thankful to all of you riders as much as we are to the heavy rain preventing further tragic incidents from happening. Lastly, thank you for helping to stop the expressway traffic to get us over to the other side, and for calling the police, bomba and ambulance to the scene. We truly appreciate your help.

This is now a police case and we will be taking legal actions against the parties involved. I’d like to take this opportunity to ask for eyewitnesses to reach out to me, if you have any videos from your dashboard cameras etc that may assist further with the investigation. We will greatly appreciate your contribution to this case. Please help to share this post, if possible.

On a side note, this was a heavy test for my family and I and we are absolutely grateful for this second chance to live. Alhamdulillahirabbil’alamin.

我们很抱歉..
昨晚17-07-19事发11点左右...在我们店里发生了一件很可恨可恶的事。有一位变态者在厕所的一个角落放了针孔相机。（有附上照片）变态者将针孔摄像头夹在自备的刷子中，摆在一个不起眼的角落。
幸好遇到侠义的常客及时告知厕所内有针孔，让店长直接取走针孔准备备案用。

Sim卡已经被警方确认过里面没拍到任何的画面东西，希望大家放心。
我们翻查了店里CCTV也和侠义的顾客口述事发过程。发现也确认了一位可疑（变态）男子
因为没有证据证明当下也没抓到他。所以我们不能公开照片。。。也只能发帖希望看到这个帖的朋友们都能注意做到一个最基本的警觉
本店接下来会加强防范和格外注意厕所是否有可疑物品的～抱歉😔😔

这贴文是希望让麻坡的朋友们..
尤其是女生。
在外使用公共厕所的时候都要特别小心。使用前必须留意看看...😔

Last night, 17-07-19 things were around 11... a very hateful thing happened in our store. There's a pervert who put a pinhole camera in a corner of the toilet. (with photos attached) perverts put pinhole cameras in their own brushes, posing in a humble corner.
Fortunately, the regulars who met the chivalrous were in time to inform the toilet that there was pinhole in the toilet, so that the shop chief would take the pinhole and prepare to file it

The sim card has been confirmed by the police that it has not taken any picture of the scene. I hope you will rest assured.
