Is there expiration date for applying UPU?

So I finished my matriculation back in 2017, due to my health, I can't further studies IN 2017 but I am getting better so I want to further my studies. I decided to apply for UPU for the next UPU application (June 2021?), I'm just wondering if I can still use my result from 2017? Because I saw some website stated that I can only apply for UPU if I'm from 2018/2019 matriculation so this worries me.

Any replies will be appreciated. Thanks!

Accidentally paid car loan twice a month?

Alright so I just set up my father’s maybank2u account. He has a car loan so he want me to show him how to pay his car loan online. He paid for his monthly car payment on 10th of every month. So you know how it will usually ask for a TAC for every transaction? So I made a mistake of assuming it would need a TAC (just like any other payment) and accidentally paid the car loan. (For context, maybank usually ask us to confirm the transaction and request a tac after that, this one ask for confirmation as well so I just assume it will need a TAC on the next step but it didn’t.) So basically I made another payment for this month’s car loan.

I have never made a loan before so I’m not sure how this will affect the payment cycle Orz Because usually even if I overpaid my bills in a month it will just decrease the payment for the next bill. Of course I checked the loan balance and the payment decrease but will this messed up the next payment? What if my father just don’t pay for its January due?

Thank you in advance, I’m just confused and feel bad if I just made a big mistake

Anyone used this to send packaging (and not receiving?)? I’m a university student so sometimes my class finished at 11 pm so I don’t have time to go to poslaju during office hour. I already have the prepaid package so can I just use the ezibox to send my parcel? If I do that, it’s not like the receiver have to go to the ezibox to receive their item right? Pretty confusing so will appreciate any serious answer.

So I'm a first year degree student in a local public university. So we have orientation day for our department where we gathered in the auditorium with everyone in the department from the first year until the fifth year, we had a great one hour session, but suddenly some Chinese seniors handed a form which was written in Chinese to the Chinese first year students. Later, we were informed we are going to have another orientation day(s) but only with our second and third year students, apparently to strengthen our bonds and also for some talks about our courses which is fine....until they announced that the orientation is separated by the Chinese and non-Chinese. Basically the Chinese have their own orientation and the non-Chinese have their own orientation. We asked some of our seniors why would they separated us by races and the Chinese seniors said "It's the tradition so do not question it" while the non-Chinese seniors said that the Chinese have been doing it since forever and they don't know why would they separate it. Even when we asked our Chinese lecturer, he avoided the question by changing the topic.

It's very disappointing to see this kind of situation where people think their "tradition" which divide the Malaysian should not be questioned.

Hello,I linked my old debit card to my paypal account and could withdraw fund from my paypal account to my debit card just fine.
so recently I changed my debit card due to the new banks policy regarding the paywave (?),
It's technically still the same account but just different number because I could still login to my online account.But after I changed my debit card, Paypal can't withdraw the fund into the new debit card despite being the same account (just different number).
How do I change it to the new debit card number? Do I just remove the old one and use the add a new debit card function?

Problem with my pen drive

Everytime I click it, it will pop out the same box. I tried to unplugged it and still not working... Any soloution?

How to block website?

example : at uni's library got free internet (wifi) , but if we connect to the internet, they block certain website like Facebook, lowyat.net (lol) etc. It's because the internet block the websites, not the computer ifself who block the websites.

How to do that?
