heat problem

hello all taikos,i just change the mobo(asus M5A97 LE rev 2)...
i just lost my gpu (evga 570) due to high temp....
and i bought asus 5450 as temporary replacement...
the problem is both gpu had a high idle temp(50plus Celsius).
as for the 570 gpu,before it damage,i already clean and apply the new thermal paste...
is it the problem with the mobo?
please help me

planning to change system to i5... just wondering before upgrading what is the market value for my amd phenom ii x 4 810 and my mobo gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P
both are 2 years plus...

any opinion is welcome

my laptop(MSI CR410) screen suddenly black out...
at 1st i thought it was screen faulty,i try to connect the laptop to the pc monitor,and it works..
then i sent it to the shop for lcd replacement...
at 1st the shop agree with me that it was the lcd faulty..
the next day the shop called me and said the its not the lcd faulty but the cable(i dont know what cable)
the next day the shop called again and said it was the lcd and cable faulty..
can i trust this shop?or the shop just wanna change the lcd cause they have order it?

help me with my future rig?

i'm planning to have a new rig and cant really choose between amd rig and intel rig...
if it were amd rig i prefer phenom 1055t and as for intel rig i prefer intel i5 2400...
my budget is rm2500 with monitor...the purpose is for gaming of course
