MBA or Master in Management

Hi, I am a fresh graduate with 4 months working experience. I went for the current education fair for information gathering in Master Degree. Here's what I get. I am eligible for few local private university, but not those with in collaboration with universities abroad. For MBA, the entry requirement is at least 2-3 years working experience. Hence, most university would suggest me to go for the Master course offered by the university itself.

a. Is MBA better or Master of Management will do?

What do you guys think about this? Now, some of you may say" why don't work and gain experience first?" I made my decision not to stop for too long to pick up my study mood back before it is too late & also I believe my workload will be heavier than ever after 2-3 years of working.

Burglary in Cyxxria

Burglary seems to be "kes biasa" in Cyxxria, Cyberjaya here. Yesterday, someone broke into my house & stole laptops. Well, as I said, that's usual case here, so I decided to go straight to the police station instead of stopping by reporting it to the management. After reporting the case, a police come to my house to "investigate" the matter & so do hte security head of Cyxxria. Guys, guess what the security head said when I complaint to him that there's alot of burglary happening at the area.

Security Head(SH): Yeah la, siapa suruh tak lock pintu betul-betul?

Obviously, I bare the half the responsibility of not secure my house with more locks. BUT, he doesn't seems to understand that when there's a burglar/thief who has intention to steal, he will do so no matter how well you lock your door. And by the way, the burglar broke into my house without spoiling the door. So, I assume he is good in unlocking doors. ^^

Where can I complain this useless management? Lift not working at times, corridor lights not working, efficient only when it comes to clamping people's car.

Can't get a job

Hi, I am an engineering fresh graduate. I have been looking for job for the past two month & yet I can't get an offer. I wish to work in a semiconductor/ electronics/engineering related factory work as production/ QA/ design/ application engineer. Anyone has channel or job to recommend?
