As title, do you guys think franchising a Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks is a good idea?

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks is a Taiwanese food chain featuring popular snacks from the alleys of Taiwan's night markets. Mainly, their fried chicken, osyter mee suah, sweet plum potato fries and so on.

I'm not sure whether it could survive in a mall or not, considering the monthly rental & salary.

The estimated set up cost is between RM 180,000.00 to RM 225,000.00.
This is inclusive of Rental Deposit, Renovation + Equipment Cost and Sub-Partnership Fees.
