Enable Domain User to install Antivirus Updates

My company had implement a domain controller in the server, and every staff has their own domain user account. After they login to the domain, they are restricted users which are not allowed to install any software and change the system settings. However, users might need to install the updates for windows or antivirus software sometimes, and they are not able to install it because they are restricted users. Is there anyway to solve this problem? I dont want to set every user as administrator because i want to prevent them to install unwanted software, and i also dont wish to help them to install the updates every time.

Would be very appreciate if you can provide some suggestions. Thanks a lot~
