I'm newbie in office suite investment. Normally what is the take up rate for the office suite tat has been launched for 1 year ago? Normally office wont hv 100% take up rate like residential property?

Curently looking for office suite located in shah alam section 12, in pusat bandar shah alam surrounding by government buildings. Call to asked just 70% take up rate currently since it is launched last year.

Any expertise willing to share here.
