On 25th of August, we are conducting a health checkup, at South City Plaza. Serdang

The check up will tell you 22 categories. like cardio, skin, liver and etc.
and cardio section will tell you about you cholesterol level, your vein elasticity and more.

it will be at 6.30 p.m.

the ticket will be MYR 10. and also they will give you mystery gift. (which worth more than MYR 10)
and also food! so that you could buka puasa or have dinner here!
for muslim, we do accomodate tempat sembahyang.

MYR 10 for check up (wich usually cost MYR 150) + mystery gift + food.
worth it!

Where can I find Black Garlic in Malaysia? I have been looking it for quite a while and all I can find is just garlic.

I got friends who suffer psoriasis, and he took Black garlic. within 3 month + good mental attitude, he recovered.
He told me that its hard to get it in Malaysia.

I read and went thorough all about garlic, all those cancer cure, cholesterol plague, but I can't find black garlic at market.
