Hi All Sifus,

Need advice on the following.

I have an existing house loan using the flexi loan. With withdrawal from my EPF, have managed to dumped into the house loan. Thus not much of outstanding to the bank.
As the flexi loan allows for withdrawal of the surplus amount paid, I am thinking of using this to pay for a small apartment as investment. Was thinking to pay "cash" using the amount for my current house. This will save some money in having to pay for legal fees, etc.

Am wondering what are the Pro & Con of using this method?

Is there any problem that I have not thought about?
Hope everyone who has experience in this could share their valuable experience.
