Hi Guys,

I am currently driving a W205 C200. My wife just help me to deliver my first baby and now i am thinking of changing to a family SUVs.

Reason for changes,
1. After installing the convertible car seat, the front passenger sit will be very cramp and can't sit comfortably for a person with height more than 165cm.
2. My mum leg is no very good. Every time want to get out of my C200, she will need to stress her leg.
3. When holding a babies, to get in and out of the car is quite difficults and have accidentally hit the baby a few times now.

I know many will say why take SUVs, should take MPV instead, but MPV is really too massive. I am a sedan guy but since the situation is needed, i can accept SUVs, but MPV is really too far out.

Now i am looking at the GLC250, NX200t, Harrier Turbo, and XC60. very uncertain on how to choose now.

Hope to have good point of view and advise from you guys.

I already taken the form from JPN however the officer inform me that i need to go again to JPN to have an oath then only can go to places like the temple to do the registration? What is the different in doing so? Really very confuse on this.

My monitor just die on me last night. I need help and comment from you all on the monitor option that i have and which is the best bang for my budget available.

Usage:
1. Gaming: Titan 2, Battlefield 5, NFS: Payback, COD: OP4, etc....
2. Movie
3. Drama

Graphic card that i use is ASUS 1060 6GB

Budget available is about 800~1000. Must not get over that.

Buying Used Car direct from Owner

Hi guys,

I now facing a problem. I have a deal with a car owner but due to owner have no cash on hand to settle his car loan, he ask me to pay in advance for him to settle the car loan before we can do the name transfer. Also because I am in Penang and the car owner is in KL. it will be a bit hard for us to handle this.

According to the bank, once i pay cash on the car, the bank will need 3~5 working days to process and come out with the loan clear letter. Then only we can do the name transfer. Is that true?

If yes, what are the option i have to close this deal? Is it the only way for me is to take the risk and pay first hoping that the owner is really an honorable man?

Really hope that i can get some advice here.

Working on my new house renovation here and looking in to changing my main door from a small 3feets door to 6feets door. I have been to look at the current popular double layer security door such as new edge but it is build of metal which i feel that it is not so nice.

Anyone know any nice and with good quality door maker in Bukit Mertajam or Penang state region?

Also, what will the cost be for such a door?

RAM issue on my New Rig

Dear all Sifus,

I have some doubt here. Currently i am doing well with my new rig. i have some problem. Please help with this. I got a very high ram usage on my rig which is about 70-80% of 8gb ram.

Software that i open is either a MW3, BF3, Crysis 2, Starcraft 2, etc. Online Game. Firefox with Simcity Social. TTplayer for some music or Gomplayer for some drama or movie.

During this state, my CPU usage is at a rate of 80-90% and my RAM is at 70-80%. is this common? i am worried that my ram is not enough. should i add more?.

Also i feel like adding a sound card into my system. budget is not more than 200. just expect it to be around 100++ only. I don't know should i upgrade my ram or buy a new soundcard.

I also have another problem is that when i am playing BF3, in ultra mode, all of the sudden my com will hag. what is the cause of it? Could it because of the power supply is not enough power?
