Advises on strata title

Looking for some advises on my unit with SPA dated on 3rd Sept 2014. Recently developer send me a letter informed that the strata title is ready and the fees to transfer the title is around RM17K. If i would like to sell this unit in couple of years time, can i ignore the request from developer to transfer this title? What is the penalty or late charges on me if i refuse to do the transfer now? What if i really sell the unit after 2 years and will the lawyer charge this RM17k on me in future during the transaction?

Hi all Sifu, I'm planning to start my own trading business, my friend and me will dump in RM200k each person as paid up capital.
In this case, i'm the one that gonna operate this business and his character is an investor/shareholder without involving in my business.
Hence, i will get a basic monthly salary from this business. Below are my concern:

1.) How's the shares need to be divide so that it will be fair to each other? Based on the ratio of capitals contributed?

2.) Percentage of Year end dividend distribution for us? Is that fair enough to be 50%-50% or i reserve to get big portion since i will running the business?

Appreciate for your opinions.
