My Translation (Tolong jangan shoot if wrong.. I'm chinese illiterate, translated based on friend's story).

Tenant rented a room from the Landlady with no tenancy agreement, rm350 with utilities aircond included. Landlady raised rent during Tenant's 1 year stay (additional rm100 for aircond). Tenant wanted to rent until 30 April 15. Landlady rage asked her to move out by 31 march. Tenant ok but 2.5 months deposit with landlady so tenant asked landlady to deduct from deposit for march 2015. landlady refused and asked her to pay rent. Landlady said if she doesn't pay, she will buat kacau at the office.

on 13 march 2015 at around 8.30am, when tenant wanna head to work, saw the landlady's car blocking her car at the parking lot. Landlady came down with an old uncle and demanded for the keys to be surrendered and grab the tenant's bag. Tenant scared wanna run away then the landlady hit tenant from behind. Tenant then took out phone wanna call for help, landlady grabbed her phone and shouted 'who are you trying to call? don't play play'.

Neighbours saw the ordeal and advised the Landlady not to be aggressive, Landlady scolded neighbour 'You all don't busy body'. Tenant ran to management office for help. Landlady kept provoking and insulting tenant saying things like tenant's from kampung acted like sakai, that the tenant lied that landlady beaten her up. Management told landlady she shouldn't behave like that, landlady said management gila. After done reporting at the management, landlady told tenant you have to move out by this weekend and she will return half of the deposits to her if the tenant apologise to her and promise not to report to the police. Tenant refused to apologise (oh come on, you kena beaten wanna apologise meh?), the landlady straight away koyak the deposits calculations and scolded tenant and calling her names.

Tenant went to report police.

Son/Daughter ex-confucian kl based on google info.

Everyone becareful with this guy. And if you know him/his daughter/his son/his wife/his niece/nephew, tell him to surrender at the police station before warrant of arrest is out. I also pity 60 year old unker spend time in jail.

S323 PC - 1 year in jail or rm2000 fine or both.

Update 13/4/2012 approx. 2.30pm: Friend called him asked whether he was involved in a car accident on 9/4/12. He admitted and happily saying he kicked the victim's car.

Update 14/4/2012: Second police report made on the plate number.

Update 15/4/2012: Insp. called the same number he refused to admit saying he is not one Mr. Yong and not the owner of WP* 60 when the Insp. mentioned if he kick the victim's car on 9/4/12. Now awaiting warrant of arrest.

Update 16/4/2012: Lawyer called. Answered but leave the phone. Hiding and scared.

He was using MEX highway towards Jln Sultan Ismail/Jalan Imbi Road. Maybe from Puchong/sri petaling/OUG/bukit jalil/seri kembangan area.

My friend has been involved in a hit and run, assault and property damage situation yesterday. 9 April 2012 approx 11.15am at Jalan Sultan Ismail.

The culprit was a man in roughly 50s-60s year old chinese man. My friend was beaten up and car was damaged by this man due to extortion as a result of a car accident. Friend was driving on her lane and this harrier cut in from no where without any indication. Slight scratches on the bumpers for both side which can be easily removed by polish but this man insisted on her paying RM500 which she refused and requested for report. This man then beated her up and kick and dented her car. What was remembered was only a wilayah car plate W** 60 white harrier (should be either WQ* or WP*).

A police report has been made and she is recovering from the injuries sustained. However, the police could not proceed with the investigation or arrest the culprit without enough information. I sincerely hope lynners here can help on the lookout for this car. I hope it will be easier with the help of many lynners to track this car down soon.

We only need the full car plate number to proceed. Anyone who can any white harrier with 60 plate. do let me know the front 3 alphabets for the police to trace if that's the culprit.

Or anyone who witnessed the incident. Kindly let me know.
