I just set up this rig just now

Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Pro (Rev B3)
Processor: Intel i7 2600K
RAM: VENGEANCE DUAL-CHANNEL 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz 9.9.9.24 (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)
Graphic Card: MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk
Hard Disk: Western Digital Green Caviar 2TB
Power Supply: Xigmatek NRP-MC802 800W
DVD Drive: LG Optical Drive
Casing: Cooler Master HAF X

and when i installed all things following all the manuals, i started to boot for the first time

No BIOS beep. all the fans running including the CPU fan. Im using stock cooling. then the CPU fan stops. then my PC try to reboot again.

I guess not much juice but 800W is sufficient i think. Can anyone help me on this? I'll be back in a few hours. going for dinner with client. please reply. and thanks in advance
