How do you guys troll a scammer. I received lots of friend request in fb. Those are the people whom posted rich, pilot, handsome macho, or middle age man , or lovely dad, or lovely son with an old age mother and even got, a nigga.

They mainly said wan to look for true loves. Wife die in car accident. Bla.. bla..

for a working parents, mom and dad, both have to work for a living.
So, whom to give and who to take care your kids while you are away for working?
MOstly parents are away from home for 14 hours. 6am till 8pm only reach home.....

As per topic,
I am planning to resign and be a stay at home mom. but some of experience working lady told me that stay at home mom has lost much freedom. and will be tie up with financial. my spouse also objecting me to do so. "Later have no $$ for everything dont jump at me......"

I am not so lucky like those rich datin and dato. my parents stay far away from us. and I dislike my in laws as well.

NOw my kid are in nursery, i am planning for tomorrow happening, once my kid goes to Standard 1, i'm not willing to abandoned him to a stranger or half day nursery after school. because myself have experience before, which my mother drop me off to her friend to take care me. Due to scare and shyness, i dare not to ask for anything eg. water, food, afternoon nap. i will sit at the door side and slowly doze off until 6pm my mom will come and pick me, they woke me up that time. I was like i'm thinking of my mother, and i need her. Thats only short period of time, my mother resign working and become stay at home mom.

how? how? how?

I dont want repeat my experience on him. Why i need to work and earn money and send him off to someone?
just like fresh graduate, to buy a car to go for work, but go to work to pay off car loan.

I am posting here is stead of other forum as I think here is a good source of information from a working employees input.

Dear Seniors,

Spending 8 to 5 hours daily just to achieve your attendance score in your workplace.

Rushing and wake up early just to achieve your perfect score of zero lateness.

and delaying to go home just to avoid massive jam.

Including massive jam hours of spending to and fro to your workplace could have spent total 12 hours in your daily life.

continue to work eventhough sickness and emotional stress, couldnt take MCs just to achieve 100% score profit sharing.

once, reached in the office, no more motivation carry out the daily task. NO achievement, no mission, no work, no task, only to show everyone this position (one and only one-man-show) is existing.

For a working father, money is everything to foot the bill of both families, the own family and their parents

For a working mom, time is everything because she had missed out the golden moment of their growing child.

Do you think the jobs of a father and a mother only have one? I dont think so.

As a transporter - sending their baby for day care, sending children to school or tuition
As a chef - spending 2 hours to cook a complete dinner for the family because home cook is important to maintain healthy eating and cost saving
As a janitor / home cleaning, as a baby sitter, as a tuition teacher and the list goes on.

What makes me to move on is self learning. look out for material from google and learn from it.
But do i need to rush all the way to the office just to search for Uncle google?

What could i and how could I move on? Please help.

Received a job hunting call from a company.

She said her customer is a french company located at XXX, looking for Lead Engineer, is safety is a engineer also?
i reply yes. She said " PLease email your CV, current salary, expected salary, current bonus, and benefit of your current employment to me."

oh no no, wait, the CV i can submit to you however, those private salary and benefit information i would like to discuss with the company during interview.

The operator rejected me, said the particular of the company cannot be reveal until i submitted my document to them, and if they are interested only further contact me.

then she sent me an email for the particular needed as she directed me via tele-communication. But, there are no job description and responsibility of the position.

Wow, is this a salary market survey? aka scam?

Someone complain to you on your kid's behaviour

HI Parents, here's my rant.

I was on my plane flight yesterday. A lady sitting in front of me said this " Excuse me, Can you please dont kick my seat? Your kid!"

I was not aware of my 3yo son kicking her seat all the time. But is not in purpose. He was actually going down and standing on the floor, then climb up back to the seat and play. then alot of movement of getting up and down which eventually moved the seat on the front lady. I feel there was a hot blood shotting my eye balls when the lady said that to me. I will take that advise if my son is misbehave but as a small kid also can pissed you off?

so when she get down from aircraft (age could be around below 25 yrs old), i looked at her clothing likes having a summer in the flight which wearing hotpants and a spaghetti strips singlet.

Maybe she is still young and immature of her judgement and may not understand as a parents thinking.

I feel sorry to see her arrogant behavior and choose to forgive her.

You are leader of a project, your job is to update progression of your subordinate work and compile and send to customer. then you ask progress report for the action item(about 80++ action item) friendly,
Supervisor 1 : "Cannot la... i have no time, I OT everyday for the pass 2 weeks, no time at all".
SUpervisor 2: "Sorry, later only i look. Now my line is down...."

No progression, so you turun padang and gather the info yourself one by one.

when meeting up with customers, they said " ini report mana? progreess macam mana? bila due? apa outcome?"

so i cannot answer, kena bash liao lor..

me, then sent an official email to CEO and managers that we have no support from everyone (the project is teamwork which included manager and exempt staff involvement, indirectly stabbing on them also. )

but........ no response nor reply.

so when comes to customers want to visit kilang, the CEO ask me back "where is your report??" " You are leader! you shud conduct and have the presentation"

DEar All,

There are always lady bosses in a management.
When comes to compliance audit, customer visits, things will be packed up. Stress will level up.
So, at this point, lady bosses will be instructing all the subordinates, this and that. If things can not moving, escalation aka complaint will goes to the seniors or VP.
Sometimes argument will happened, everywhere. Just everywhere. Even though it is in front of colleagues, customers or vendors aaround, she will bash u up like that, which is DO Not Care. They only manage the surface, but not looking on beneath situation.

My situation, I always got stress and tension whenever i received their emails on looping PIC for an event (eg. customers visit and audit). They will popping some thing on the screen, asking you this and that and the timeline is always shorter than your sleeping time. Eventually shorting of my life span.
ok, i am just obey and complete as per timeline given.

However, what she is doing? Manage and replying mails to the customers. We are the one who doing those presentation slide, work and audit checklist.

Lady bosses that I encounter, always have the arrogant, queen control aka complain and always-winning situation.

PS: I am not working uunder those lady bosses, but I am covering up the whole plant safety, which is not related with those program and bussiness excellent (more on improvement site and customers)

Do you encounter this situation before?

Dear All,

i just went for interview today. everything quite smooth during the introduction, question and answer.
but, something pissed me off which the receptionist looking at her senior colleague like one kind when i ask for another sheet of paper.

you know, before interview, participant required to fill in the employee's details and some questionaires. in the questionaires sheet it have 1 to 5 grade from best to worst which I graded it wrongly. so i ask the receptionist for the new sheets. after she pass it to me just after a second, i thanked her politely and she tore it out extreme vigorous loud. Do i offended her?

Back to main topic, do this company Ibiden working well? any experienced share and the working evironment and culture?

COnstruction working experience

I had offer from construction company to hire me to act as safety personnel. however I am a lady. To my fear, I need to encounter several problems at the construction site of high rise building.

1. have to deal with the foreign bangla worker... (arising discomfort as I am the only lady)
2. expose to high risk in contruction site such as falling object, fire, dust.
3. work or conduct audit under hot sun..(i believe nobody will carry an umbrella on the site, right?)
4. expected will be very tiring at the end of day... will have no family time with my kid and responsibility as a mother

construction safety experienced sifu, please guide me on the above matter.

Dear Parents,

sending your toddler to child care at 18 month old.
please share your pros and cons here. and strictly no old belief here (such as : the teacher bullying, baby cry left unattended, too many kids with one sitter, putting drug to let them sleep, etc..)
as now we are in modern lifestyle and technologies, and mostly the kindy, taska, montessori are well trained with a good programme, well trained teacher, teaching accessory such as computer, dictionary pen, brain stroming toys and had enhance with a relevant training and accredited with international certificate.

last time (80s - 90s) we are cared and thought with middle aged woman, or with fierce lady teacher. but now, kindy's teacher mostly have a qualification at least a degree holder. the manner, caring, teaching method is diiferent from the oldies.

in my case, I sent my toddler to kindy as young as 18 months. but to my suprise, there actually have a small group (4 babies: 2 are 16 month, another 2 are 18 months) eventually their parents already sent them since they are 15 months.

of course there eventually will difficult for them to cope with new environment in the beginning, but my son already used to it with 1 weeks (5 days) duration time to adjust his new environment. he just cried when i pass him to the teacher there, i say goodbye then left. he stop crying.

problem here: my in laws object kaw kaw that we sent my son to montessory. at the first place, we informed them that we will bring our toddler for school. "lu suka" they said. after a week, now, they come to my house, cry, shout and yelled claimed that they want to snatch my son away, make problem in fornt of the kindy if i still continue let him go for study, said we cant fulfill as parent's responsiblility that we send our son to day care, beat us up if we not return my son to his grandparent. FIL said i'm the troublemaker of the family and force me to resign to take care my kid if i want family bonding. i'm like wtf* force me to resign??!! are you gonna pay me for the living ar?? it seems like hong kong drama, the parent want grandson, dunwan the mother.

they said, my son too small to go for kindy, get sick easily, less attention from the care taker, etc..

for your info, my son had live with them for 1.5 yrs while we are working in different state. now we had opportunity to live togather as family after my son's 18 month injection (not so frequent to send my son for check up at government). we bring him over(other state) to have a family connection and i can exposed him to a social with other kids. it is not meant that we are not totally balik kampung at all. we are planned to go back every weekend, but now i think i will not go back that frequent anymore.

please advice here..
