How much can I afford with my Income - 1st House

Dear all,

Appreciate if you could advise.. I wanted to own my very first house, with my income and commitment below, how much price of property or loan that I can get from bank?

Some basic about me - 30 years old, live with parents, single not yet married (planning soon)

My gross salary is 4.8K + 300 Fuel Allowance

Commitment:
1) Car Loan - 660
2) PTPTN - 410
3) Health Insurance - 150
4) Mobile - 90
5) Mom - 100

I have saving less than 20K at the moment / EPF Account 2 - 18K

Any idea how much can I afford? and what type of house (Land, Condo etc) if you have any property suggestion that would be great too!

Honda City 2011

My Honda City aircon got noises sometimes when Im driving. Its kind of annoying. But it happens when it wanna happens not rarely though.

The thing is I went to aircon workshop and they quote me RM560 for aircon motor. He said that noises came from that. Is it a normal price? I think for me it is too expensive.

Should I just let it be for awhile? Or I need to change it asap? Cause the noises only come when Im driving for 1 hour straight. If less than that its quiet as usual.

Im so stressed out, Idk what should I do cause 500+ its not cheap.

Need suggestion please.

I just got a new job recently. I don't have any commitment to pay monthly, except give some to my parents. So I think I can save up to RM 1 k monthly. Do you guys know where should I save it? So, I've been going to several job interviews. I'm really interested in Marketing, yes I mean marketing, where you need to create campaign, advertising, planning & event etc. So, I applied to several companies that offer Marketing Executive job. But when I went for interview, they said I need to do sales, and the salary is based on commission. I'm wondering is this normal or what? Why are they looking for Marketing Executive if they want to hire Sales Executive? I've wasted my time several times lol. And its killing me, I'm looking for a job for 2 months already

Need help Macbook - Trackpad Issue

So recently I just noticed that my trackpad raised up in the left lower corner. I googled for the issue and people said it happened because of swollen battery. To be honest, it doesn't affect anything, it works normally, just that my eyes kinda hurt every time I look at it. And for you guys information, my warranty will be over on next week, so I have like 5-6 days only. Questions are:

1)Can I send to Service Center so that they can check on it?
2)If battery swollen can they change to a new one?
3)Should I or should I not send it to Service Center?
4)Nearest location of service center around Shah Alam?

The reason I wanted to send it to the service center is because my warranty is almost over.

I hope you guys can advice me.

I forgot to set alarm yesterday, and I woke up around 12, and arrived at the office at 1 pm. Luckily my boss not around

So, I will finish my Internship on early of October. I don't think I will continue to work at this place, because this company is kinda messed up. My job scope is Designer, Videographer. Currently live in Shah Alam, with my family. In relationship and I'm 24. Have a 12 years old car, which is Proton Iswara(parent gave me). I'm quiet saving money kind of person. But I owe PTPTN for around 60k for my study.

1)The question is, how much salary that I should looking forward for since I'm fresh graduate?

2)Looking forward to buy a House and brand new car (Proton Suprima), is it good for my age?

3)Location of house that are cheap?

I think I just got scared because I'm gonna live on my own lol since I finished study already.
