wta~ can i reuse laptop procesor for build pc

hi guys. my laptop is kong now for 2nd time. n i don want to repair it again. so i think to build pc.
is my laptop procesor (intel core 2 duo T5750 2.0GHz) can be reuse for build desktop pc? if can, anyone can suggest me? only mobo. ram, n psu.
budget is RM300 ~ RM400..

any1 can suggest me which gc should i buy.. 7790 or 650ti (RM4++).. wanna play game DOTA2, STARCRAFT2, BATLEFIELD3 and latest game..

my pc spec i3 2100, 4gb ram, 500w fsp, asrock H61M-S

i hev 2 monitor; 20'' 1600x900 and 24'' 1920x1080. which 1 should i use for play game and what resolution should i setting..

i need suggestion for intel low budget pc (rm XXX) and a 24" full HD monitor (rm XXX). mind with intel G620.. mostly for watching HD movie.. and games like DOTA, CS..
