Details of the complaint : Sadly have to report this seller for negligence, untruthfulness regarding the item on sale and not respecting his terms.
Basically I have contacted him through PM and sms in order to buy his Headset; the negotiations went smooth and we agreed on dealing.

Do note that on his post he states few things such as: "Package includes: Fullset but no box", "Conditions: Perfect" and "Warranty: 1 month personal, Jayacom".

We met shortly after the negotiation (around 2.30pm of Monday 28th Jan 2013) at a Petronas petrol station near the Curve, Mutiara Damansara. He was driving a Black Persona (WUC7585).

First of all his "fullbox" was non-existent: he basically just gave me the Headset with a 3rd party leather pouch. The complete set includes the volume regulator and an extra jack adapter for consoles. Those weren't so important to me anyways so I decided to let em go.

I tested the sound, which was the only thing I could test with a phone and, as I didn't have a laptop in handy in order to test the mic, I decided I would test the mic at home since it was supposed to be in "perfect conditions" and have "1 month of personal warranty".

Once I got home, the mic was not working on several pc's I tested.. I decided to bring the headset to a shop where they sell audio equipment and turns out that the copper cables of the mic are torn.

I contacted the seller by phone but no answer, I left a post on his topic with a complaint but in return he closed the thread.

Now, I know it's partially my fault for not testing everything on the spot and I take responsibility, but still he hasn't met his promises and now he's avoiding any form of contact.

At first I didn't really want to seek for a refund as the purchase was below RM200 which I considered almost negligible.. But then I'm reconsidering this for 2 reasons: first being the fact that after contacting Nation-Tech Sdn Bhd (current SteelSeries nationwide supplier) I found out that a new mic will cost me RM79 which brings the total almost equal to a new headset, and secondly I feel quite pissed as he didn't even bother helping me find a solution nor living up to his words.

Is that much of money worth as much as your reputation dear Axlrose037?

I know the game isn't as famous as before but hopefully somebody has seen some product around.

How is Selayang?

Hello all.. I really need some advice since I'm not from KL and a bit clueless.

I'll have to move to KL within next week to accompany my husband. We have a baby girl.

Since I'm not working yet, our budget is pretty tight. So we have been looking around Selayang and found a pretty affordable unit in Sri Intan 2 Condo. Easy access to my husband's work place in TTDI. But my concern is, I'm not sure about the area.

When I called the owner, he didn't really give direct answer. He simply told me that the area is overpopulated with Indians and Chinese. I'm not a racist person, so I don't mind. Plus the unit is already in a very good condition.

But when I called my dad, he went to ask his friend who is living in KL. And then he called me back and said, "Why did u choose Selayang??" and I was a bit shocked. He said around Taman Bidara is a much safer and convenient area since close to facilities. There's hospital there, and a Police Station. And rental price is around rm200 cheaper than Sri Intan 2 condo.

So I called back the owner. He told me "anywhere in KL is dangerous these days, so don't walk alone outside." But how can I not walk alone? I will have to work to cover our expenses. And I don't have a car. I have to drag my baby too. And he also told me not to go out at night that area since it's pretty dark. Then what if i really have to work at night?? I will be alone all the time, my husband works the whole day.

On the other hand, I also have found a unit available in Palm Spring Kota Damansara that is almost affordable but still out of our budget which means I MUST WORK. Is it much better there compared to Selayang area? Since if the owner said anywhere in KL is dangerous these days, I must know where is least dangerous. If Damansara is just as 'safe' as Selayang, then I might just take the unit in Selayang since it is cheaper after the tolls and such.

Please please I need your advice.

Number without + is safe to pick up or not?

I really need help. Last night at around 12.15 midnight I got called by a suspicious number that doesn't have in my phonebook, so it should appear with +60 right. But this one is without the +. And also, I don't know why I didn't pick up, that person smsed me to call him/her back. Even on sms, the number doesn't have + in the beginning.

This is very weird. I wonder if I accepted the call or called back, will I get hacked or something? I don't think its a normal bug.

Has anyone ever encountered this? Please do let me know, because this is serious matter to me. I live alone with my husband working the whole day, so I'm not so happy to get suspicious numbers.
